Giant electronics companies Panasonic and Atos have joined hands to work together to find AV and IT solutions for the mega event of Tokyo Olympics 2020 and Paralympics Games. Atos K K is a part of the electronics major Atos SE based in Bezons, France. Atos has been associated with Olympics Games as a supplier of technology since 2002 Winter Olympics at Salt Lake. On the other hand, Panasonic has also been involved with Olympics movement ever since it became a partner in AV category at Winter Games held in Calgary in 1988.
Technology solutions for 2020 Olympics in Tokyo
The agreement that was hammered out between Panasonic and Atos K.K. stipulates that both technology giants will collaborate to provide their expertise to find technology based solutions in the fields of Audio Visual category as well as other IT solutions. Both companies will channelize their energies and share their expertise that they have gained through their association with Olympics movement.
Both companies are excited to work together
Panasonic and Atos K.K. will develop audio visual security systems jointly and test them. They will also work to make visual display units in the form of digital signage that will be put at different places inside stadiums and other prominent places outside the game venues. For this purpose, the two companies will constitute several working groups to develop visual display systems that are multilingual in nature.
