Formula 1 racing:
One of the most expected car racing event every year that takes place usually for 3 days, for practice to qualifying. One practice session is given and then qualifying session to select the list of those which are selected, followed by the original race which is usually held on a Sunday afternoon or evening for the crowd to enchant. It has its own set of regulations, at the end of the race, the first 3 place winners are taken to the podium and the winner’s national anthem is played as a tribute.
Monaco Grand Prix:
One of the most prestigious races all over the world that is conducted all over the world, It is well known for the track safety measurements taken. It predates the current world championship; it is a formula one motor race that is held in the circuit de Monaco, thus its name.
Indianapolis 500
This race is yet another grand race which is held in the Indianapolis motor speedway, Indiana. Usually held in the month of May, This race is very prestigious as it is featured in the calendar of the IndyCar and is the oldest known race for many. The race is been held from 1900 and is has become American sporting institution now.
The 24 hours of Le Mans
One of the oldest car races, which is widely known as a part of endurance racing category. It is held in France, the circuit contains a set of closed roads. The race is between three drivers per team over a 24 hour period. The race is about ensuring that the vehicle would withstand without damage and not really about who comes first.

World Rally Championship (WRC)
It is a rallying series which has the champions, drivers and also the manufacturers riding it from all over the world. It is a 13 day event, the surfaces will range from gravel and tarmac to snow and ice. It has been split up into special stages to run within the closed roads. It has been divided into seasons; totally it would have up to 13 rallies each taken for a day. It is defined based on the normal same point system. 20 different manufactures have won so far in this WRC and also won by completing the finish line in the podium. A total of 40 people compete in this event with almost 100 teams in base. It would be seen worldwide with coverage and also the ratings would be posted online with various others checking for the point system.
