Educational qualification

To be eligible to appear in SBI Associate banks Clerk Exam 2015, you must have passed your graduate level degree course or you must possess an equivalent degree from an institution or university that is recognized. You must have the ability to speak and write English. Knowledge of another local language is desirable.

Age

To be eligible, you must be older than 20 but not more than 28 as on December 1, 2014. This means you must have been born between 1 December 1986 and 1 December 1994. There is however, age relaxation for candidates belonging to certain categories. This age relaxation is as follows

5 years for SC/ST
3 years for OBC
10 years for PwD (General)
15 years for PwD (SC/ST)
13 years for PwD (OBC)
5 years for candidates having domicile in the Kashmir region of J&K for a period between 1 January 1980 and 31 December 1989.
Years served in defense service plus an additional 3 years if he belongs to SC/ST. This relaxation goes to 8 years if the candidate sis also disabled though he cannot be more than 50 years old.
9 years for widows and women who have been divorced or live independently after judicial separation. However, the maximum age limit in these cases cannot be more than 35 years of the candidate belongs to General category and 38 years if she belongs to OBC.
