Why is it that Zombies love eating Brains? You’ve heard them churning out those all too familiar sounds: “Unghhh…. Bbbbrraaaiiinnss…” It turns out that a healthy brain is a key to a long and healthy life. No kidding, which is why this article is going to let you in on some important factors to rev up your brain’s shelf life.

We often overlook our brain and concentrate on our body image, which is a wrong move. Your brain needs as much attention as your body does. Here are some of the highly recommended brain foods that will work wonders;

Blueberries:

  • Sometimes called “Brainberries”, this tasty fruit has all the necessary nutrients that your brain needs. Researchers have discovered that blueberries help in protecting the brain from oxidative stress and deduce the age related conditions.

Wild Salmon:

  • Fish have always been your best friend in one form or another. Deep water fish, such as Wild Salmon is loaded with Omega 3 fatty acids. We’ve already heard so much about O3 that no introductions are needed. O3s are recommended to patients of heart disease, skin diseases and inflammatory diet freaks.

Nuts and Seeds:

“Hey man, why are you grabbing my balls?”

“No, look, I am reaching out for nuts. See? Nuts.” – and then the camera would show a bag of nuts placed right next to where you are thinking of…
