Amanda Kooser of CNET wrote an interesting bit about Jurassic Heart; the dinosaur dating simulator. It opens up with the writer talking about her unusual affinity for her boyfriend. The “guy” has tiny arms, a big mouth and a heart full of life. He’s a T-Rex, but she ain’t holding it against him… Lol.

It is a fun project. The guys have put it up on DropBox for both Mac and Windows users. They will keep on uploading updated versions as the modifications are rolled out by their developers. Though the game is fun, it does possess a sense of challenge.

For instance, you have to make choices, like which hair clip suits you the best before seeing the big guy. Same goes for dress combination and probably a venue. I haven’t played the game yet, as I just finished downloading it off their drop box URL. It has an approx. 26Mb size, which is way too small as compared to most of the online games these days. However, there is a probability that some additional files will be installed once I am running the game.

Update Post Installation: Okay, I just finished running the game. You don’t need to install this thing. Just drag and drop the Jurassic_heart.Nw file on Nw.Exe and you are good to go.

On fun side, the Dinosaurs that you are going to date, will give you a few chuckles. Imagine seeing them wearing neckties and playing ukuleles. I don’t know how they do that with such a tiny instrument, but hey, you can’t go into a lot of details with this game. Just give it a shot and share your experiences through the comments below.
