Apple iPhone Cases Campaign for Freebie Users
In an effort to shrug off the sometimes devious image, Apple has vowed to help all the antenna affected users by offering full refunds on the Bumper cases. New users will have the extra privilege of having these “protective” cases for free so they wouldn’t have to go through the whole process of refunding.
When does the program start?
The program started last Friday morning and Apple is offering everyone free cases, as well as refunds on iPhone 4 bumpers from its online website and the online store.
How long does the offer run?
The offer is expected to run until the end of September – 2010. Furthermore, those customers who just bought their iPhone 4 on Friday or before that, their bumper/case offer will stand credible until the end of August – 2010.
Can just anyone apply for a free case, or do I have to own an iPhone 4?
Nope, don’t get carried away; it’s not a free for all galore. Apple is only offering free cases and bumper refunds to those users, who have an iPhone 4.
What cases are available?
As of now, the cases/bumpers are only available in Black color from Apple. However, if you’re willing to go for third party cases, then you’d probably end up having different colors to choose from.
What if I don’t like any of those cases?
This isn’t one of those situations where you can make demands and get away with them. At least, be thankful to Apple that it is offering those sacred bumpers. Even if you don’t have a fling with those cases, returning them will only make you go back to whence you started from.
Apple has run similar product campaigns in the past. This is a common marketing tactic which companies revert to in order to boost their sales figure. If you have taken part in such campaign in the past, please share your experiences with us through the comments section.
