Battlefield 4 Screenshots Leaked – Is Your PC Ready for the Visual Treat?
Over the last few days, gamers had their socks blown off when a couple of Battlefield 4 screenshots were found lurking at EA’s web servers. Although the game is far from release, the screenshots tell a tale about the upcoming graphic technology and drool worthy visuals. Is your PC up for it?
Right now, I have got three Battlefield 4 screenies for you. If you have more screenshots, post the links of the appropriate webpage, or let me us know at techguy@thenational.net. We’ll be happy to update this article, crediting you as well.
The authenticity of these Battlefield 4 screenshots has been confirmed. The guys at CNET downloaded the files from an insecure EA web directory. This directory was linked to the official Battlefield blog, which sheds insight on future game updates. The latest upcoming installment is lined up with massive upgrades.
At least from visual perspective, the graphics have improved a lot. There’s draw distance, texture details, character modeling and if you look at their skin, oh boy… can’t wait for this game to be released. There is a considerable degree of improvement in weapon detail as well.
As far as the “undesirable” elements of Battlefield 4 are concerned, well, I can’t say much. At this point, the game probably has a lot of development and revisions to go through. The healthy amount of antialiasing + anisotropic filtering against the backdrop of hundreds of birds in the skies, have their own chapter to tell.
Smooth, sharp and overall crisp visuals are a treat for now. The “Close” and “Crash Site” Battlefield 4 screenshots are probably from the in game cinematic or cut scene sequence. DICE and EA are definitely up to something mind blowing. For more details, please wait until you are tired or admiring the sweat ridden faces of soldiers in these screenshots.
